Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month on the monthly plan — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and non-refundable after the first 14 days.
What does "one-time setup" include?
Full configuration of your module(s), POS and platform integrations (Google Business Profile, Toast, Instagram), onboarding call, and your restaurant's AI voice profile — so every response and post sounds like you, not a chatbot.
Do I need a specific POS system?
The Labor Optimizer works best with Toast POS for real-time data. Other modules work independently of your POS. I'll let you know exactly what's needed during your free audit.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes. Start with one and add more anytime. Each additional module is $300/mo with a reduced setup fee if you're already a client. Removing a module takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully live within 3–5 business days. I handle everything — you just need to connect your Google account and (optionally) Toast credentials. Onboarding call is typically 30 minutes.
